Delivery
The delivery fee is $30.00 to go to Michigan City,
Trail Creek, The Pines, Long Beach, Michiana
Shores, Grand Beach, Otis, Westville, and
Chesterton. Please ask if not listed.
Cancellation
By receipt of signature, all sales are considered final.
No refunds or returns on lay-a-way merchandise or
special order merchandise. No returns accepted after
the product has been in your home for 72 hours. No
returns on bedding sets or pilows. Merchandise
re-stock fee is 10% of the purchase price, $50.00
minimum. Delivery fees are non-refundable and a return
pick-up fee that is equal to your delivery fee will be
charged.
Pick Up
Pick-up is easy. Give us 24 hours notice so we may have
your items prepared. It is your responsibility to bring pads
or blankets, straps, and ropes. It is your responsibility to
load, pad, and secure your furniture for safe transport.
Service
In the first year after delivery, if you need service we will
make an in home inspection at no cost. If you picked up
your furniture we may charge you a transportation fee
for pick-up and re-delivery. After the first year there is a
minimum charge for transportation. Labor is included for
one year, after that a labor rate applies at $50.00 per
hour with a half hour minimum, billed in increments of
15 minutes. Service concerns and requests are to be

An appointment will be made for inspection in home.
POLICY STATEMENTS
Warranty
There is a one year warranty on all wood products to be
free from manufacturer defects in material and
workmanship. All upholstery companies offer warranty for
frame, seat spring system, cushioning, and fabric or
leather. Sleeper mechanisms and mattress warranties are
listed in literature that comes with your purchase. Recliner
mechanism warranties listed in literature that comes with
your purchase. All warranty representations are those of
the manufacturer unless otherwise expressed in writing.
Lay-away
Lay-away requires a 20% downpayment redemption time
and final payment of the merchandise must be made no
more than 60 days from the invoice date unless otherwise
expressed in writing. merchandise will be returned to
stock upon expiration of 60 day period. Bi-weekly
payments required or the merchandise will be returned to
stock.
Special Orders
Special Orders require a 25% downpayment. No returns
or cancellations accepted.
Special Note
It is the consumer's responsibility
to insure that the merchandise
will fit into the home. Delivery
fees are for a normal delivery.
